To produce a landscape scheme for a new small scale housing development created as part of the restoration of a model farm.
A detailed landscape scheme was produced, including contemporary style planting, to enhance the site whilst meeting the requirements of the local planning authority. The project was phased over a number of years so boundary planting was included in the first phase to ensure that the planting was well established by the time the properties were complete.
Nationally rare Black Poplars trees were included in the planting scheme to enhance biodiversity.
An allotment area was included to allow those with smaller gardens space to grow fruit and vegetables.
Sustainable Urban Drainage (SuDS) features were included to manage rainwater from downpipes and surface water
