Oakwood Farm

Brief

To work with a private client to resolve a long standing planning and waste licensing issue.

Details

Working with Jeremy Flawn of Bluestone Planning an innovative solution was agreed that was acceptable to Aylesbury Vale District Council and Buckinghamshire County Council.

The revised scheme included substantial areas of species rich grassland and Black Poplar, the UK’s most endangered native timber tree.

A landscape and visual impact assessment was undertaken in support of the application. Although the location is relatively remote it is well know locally as it is close to Bridego Bridge, the site of the Great Train Robbery.

In January 2014 all planning and waste licensing issues were resolved in full.
